Our products are made to order All Byrne Studio products are custom printed on demand. As personalised goods made to your specifications, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c). This means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.
We strongly recommend checking our size guides carefully before placing your order.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items Your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch and EU law are fully protected. If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@byrnestudios.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you for any confirmed error on our part.
Lost in transit If your order has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Wrong address If an order is returned to our fulfilment facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.
How to contact us For any issues with your order, please contact us at info@byrnestudios.com before returning any items. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unsolicited returns cannot be processed.
Your statutory rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch or EU law, including your 2-year legal guarantee on goods.
