All orders are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Netherlands: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- Rest of world: 5–20 business days
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Product substitution In rare cases where a product is out of stock, our fulfilment partner may substitute it with the most appropriate available alternative to avoid delays. We will do our best to inform you of any such changes. If you are not satisfied with a substituted product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Risk of loss For customers in the European Union, risk of loss and title pass to you when you or a third party indicated by you takes physical possession of the products.
