Shipping policy

Who makes and ships your order

Our 3D-printed lamps and décor are designed, made and packed by us in Andijk, the Netherlands. Our printed clothing is produced and shipped by our production partner, Printful. If your order contains both, the items may be dispatched from different places and arrive separately, with separate tracking.

Where we deliver

- 3D-printed lamps and décor: European Union countries only.
- Printed T-shirts: the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, Switzerland, Norway and many other countries. We do not currently deliver to the United Kingdom. Checkout shows the destinations available for your order.

Checkout can only complete an order if every item in your basket can be delivered to your address.

Production time

- Printed clothing normally takes 2 to 5 business days to produce before dispatch.
- 3D-printed products are made to order and normally take approximately 5 to 10 working days. The estimate on each product page is the best guide for that design.
- Personalised pet T-shirts also need 2 to 4 business days for us to prepare your digital proof before printing begins.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

- Netherlands: 2 to 5 business days
- Europe: 3 to 10 business days
- Rest of world: 5 to 20 business days, plus any time spent in customs

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, busy periods or customs processing.

Free shipping

Qualifying T-shirt and hoodie orders of €49 or more receive free standard shipping to the European Union and the United States. Lamps and other 3D-printed products are not part of this offer. In the Netherlands, orders of our 3D-printed products totalling €55 or more ship free.

Tracking

We email tracking information once your order has been dispatched, whenever tracking is available. Orders dispatched from more than one location may have more than one tracking email.

Customs, import duties and taxes

European Union: no customs charges apply. Our prices include VAT.

United States: printed clothing for US addresses is normally produced in the US, so import duties do not usually apply.

All other countries: our prices do not include import duties, local taxes (such as import VAT or GST) or carrier handling fees. These are set by your country's customs authority, not by us, and are collected by the carrier on delivery. Some countries charge them even on low-value parcels, for example Brazil, Switzerland and Norway. We cannot predict the exact amount, so please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

Refused parcels: if you decline to pay import charges and the parcel is returned, we will refund the product price minus the original shipping and any return costs. We cannot refund duties or taxes charged by customs.

Currency: prices are shown in euros (US dollars in the United States). Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.

Wrong or incomplete address

If an order is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, the cost of sending it again is the customer's responsibility.

Product substitution (printed clothing)

In rare cases where a product is out of stock, our production partner may substitute the most appropriate available alternative to avoid delays. We will do our best to inform you of any change. If you are not satisfied with a substituted product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Risk of loss

For customers in the European Union, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party you have named (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
